How does the SPI SURF SHUTTLE work?
When you book a shared shuttle ride with us, you will be grouped with other travelers headed in the same direction, within the same timeframe. Depending on the time of day, seasonality, and number of travelers, your shuttle may make a few stops along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers. We are a door-to-door service to and from South Padre Island.
When should I book my shuttle?

Do you accept last minute rides?
We recommend always booking in advance to ensure availability but if you find yourself needing a last-minute ride, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate IF POSSIBLE.
Can I make a reservation for a single passenger?
Yes, you can book for single passengers on our website.

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Are there any discounts available?
If 2 or more passengers, we can offer a 10 percent discount if you’re booking round-trip transportation. Please text us to get the latest promo code.
Where do we find you once we get our bags?
Once you exit the airport by the door nearest to the baggage claim, follow the walkway to the taxis by the blue awning. You will find us parked in that area.
How long is the drive from the airport to South Padre?

What’s my wait time?
Can we make a stop at the grocery store on the way to the Island?
Occasionally, we can stop for 10 minutes between rides but this depends on our premade schedule. It’s best to include a note (under the special requirements box) when placing the order or send us a text 48 hours before arrival so that we can arrange for it or let you know if you will need to get delivery service.
Can you store our luggage after we check out?
Possibly, depending on the schedule so must ask at least 24 hours before departure.
Can we stop to pick up condo keys?
Can you pick up at a different location than drop off?
Cancellation Policy:
48 Hours notice – 99% refund, If your flight is canceled or the dates change, just let us know and we can accommodate.
24 Hours notice – Credit issued to the customer
NO CALL / NO SHOW – 100% Loss of total fare paid for shuttle.
